M&R Consult is a duly registered professional consultancy firm operating in accordance with statutory requirements of the Laws of Kenya (Companies Act 2015 and The Architects and Quantity Surveyors’ Act-Cap.525). We offer a wide range of consultancy services in the construction sector- ranging from Architectural (Design Development and Post-Contract Administration), Environmental Design, Project Management, Interior Design and Strategic & Master Planning.

In a bid to operate as an internationally acclaimed and respected firm, and to position ourselves as a progressive and innovative entity which crafts and realises exceptional ideas and designs, M&R has within its fold a team of creative, dynamic and experienced individuals willing to rigorously interrogate design boundaries.

These aspects are achieved through constant consultation with our clients during design development and project implementation phases. In addition, post-implementation audits are undertaken for purposes of continuous improvement. Further, we have established strategic partnerships with qualified, experienced and creative consultants- Quantity Surveyors, Civil/Structural Engineers, Service Engineers, Landscape Architects and Environmental Impact Assessors- with whom we endeavour as a consortium to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.

The practice employs visual communication techniques that aid in the interpretation of our design solutions to our clients to enable them make informed decisions. This is achieved through the use of Computer Aided Design (CAD) and construction of architectural (scaled) models.
